Eti Ganin, 67, of Cleveland is a 1972 emigrant from Kishinev, Moldova. Coming from a family that suffered a great deal during WWII, she was a Zionist and with her husband escaped persecution in the Soviet Union through emigration. Part of a series of interviews documenting the unique immigrant experience of Soviet Jews in northeast Ohio and exploring issues of professional, family, and religious life.
