Yefim Yankelevich, 91, of Cleveland Heights is a 1995 emigrant from Kharkov, Ukraine. He survived Nazi attempts on his life in World War II and came to the United States at the age of 70 to be with his family. Part of a series of interviews documenting the unique immigrant experience of Soviet Jews in northeast Ohio and exploring issues of professional, family, and religious life.
