Konstantin Pavolotsky, 51, of Mayfield Heights is a 1990 emigrant from Odessa, Ukraine. Seeking higher education upon his arrival in the United States, he attended the Indiana University School of Dentistry and moved to Cleveland in 1996 to pursue his career.
